YOUR NEW SPALM HAS COME A LONG WAY TO REACH YOU. AND THE CHANGE FROM A MILD CLIMATE TO A COLDER ONE COULD AFFECT IT FOR A FEW DAYS.

To help your sPalm acclimatise, we’d like to give you some practical advice, which you can find below:

Should I untie the palm tree now, or would it be better to wait a bit?
When you put the Spalm in your garden, it’s a good idea to loosen the ties slightly, but don’t take them off completely. It’s better to wait for the good weather.

When should I water it?
For the moment, keep the soil damp, and water your Spalm once a week, preferably adding some liquid fertilizer.

Can I transplant my palm tree?
Yes, but you should put it in a pot that holds at least 40 litres.
